Please keep in mind that due to customization, orders may take 3-7 business days to process before they are shipped. After receiving the email, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Delivery dates may be affected by weather conditions or holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we gladly accept international orders! The production time remains the same, and shipping fees vary depending on your location. Depending on your country, additional customs duties may apply.

Each personalized item is unique, and a $15 customization fee applies to each item in your order.

Our “We Get It Right” GuaranteeIf any items in your order have significant differences from the final design (such as print or embroidery issues) or are printed on the wrong product, we will remake the items or offer a full or partial refund, depending on your preference. If we are unable to correct the issue, we will accept the return for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned items.

6. DisclaimerAll sales are final 30 days after receipt of your order.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been altered from their original condition, including items modified for resale.
