If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either remaking the product or offering a partial or full refund, depending on your preference. We value clear communication and will do our best to quickly resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
2. Return and Refund Timeframe
All after-sales issues must be addressed within 30 days of receiving your order.
During busy holiday seasons, we may extend this processing time, but we will ensure that all concerns are handled as promptly as possible.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 1-3 business days of receiving your returned item. The exact timeframe for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period may incur a $15 restocking fee per customized item, as production may have already begun.
Each personalized item is unique, and a $15 customization fee applies to each item in your order.
5. Our “We Get It Right” Guarantee
If any items in your order have significant differences from the final design (such as print or embroidery issues) or are printed on the wrong product, we will remake the items or offer a full or partial refund, depending on your preference. If we are unable to correct the issue, we will accept the return for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned items.
